If I can prevent anyone from having to go thru what im going thru now...I'll be happy. My dealings with Briens RV have been a nightmare. It is January 25th and my camper has been there since November for minor repairs. They are difficult to get answers from. They dont return phone calls in a timely manner and quite frankly thier service department is bottom of the barrel. Our Cub which was water tight, was not closed up properly, while at the dealers, and leaked causing damage. My camper is in worse condition now then when I dropped it off to them. We are talking about a 7 month old camper. It was in brand new condition when I took it there. Mike in service is rude and if he doesnt like how your conversation is going or your disagreeing with him, he walks away. Thats poor customer service. After repeated attempts to contact Rod , our salesman and the owner, we are fed up because he will not return our calls. Unfortunately, I cannot and will not recommend this dealer to anyone. I feel they could handle this situation better. 2 months for minor warranty work is way too long!!!

I bought a Rockwood 8317SS from Briens and dealt with both Rod and Robin. I can honestly say that they gave me first class treatment all the way. They were never pushy (like Media Camping Center) and let me take my time in the decision making process. They even gave me a fair price on my trade-in. But the best part? Rod beat the price I got from RV Wholesalers. I was scheduled to take my first camping trip in mid March and Rod went the extra mile to make sure I got my rig delivered in time to make the first trip. He was in constant contact with the sales rep from Rockwood and worked overtime to get it prepped and ready for delivery prior to my trip. When it comes to service, Greg always does whatever it takes to get the job done right and completed as quickly as possible. The even went to bat for me when I had a problem with my white cabinets (the thermofoil was starting to pucker). Afer some back and forth between them and Rockwood, the received authorization to fix all of the cabinets and stiles. This amounted to almost $3,000 worth of work that was billed to Rockwood. Not a dime out of my pocket. I have had similar, "above and beyond the call of duty" instances when it comes to service, but nothing like what I got from Briens. Rod and Robin are truely concerned with making this dealership the opposite of what the big guys are doing. They offer a personal touch. As far as the negative review - sounds fishy and is typical of what Media Camping Center does. Note, that the poster did not leave a name.

Brien's RV, After dealing with Brien's now for well over a year and purchasing a new Rockwood trailer from the dealership I can clearly state they are an outstanding dealership. The owner has personally come to my aide, has met me during off hours to assit in getting parts, has called a tech in on a Saturday afternoon to get my rig back on the road. Yes this family was new to the RV business a few years back but they cleary understand customer service and could teach a leasson or two to some other RV dealers that have been around for years. If your considering purchasing from Brien's RV and would like to speak with a few other Brien's customers from PUX here drop me an e-mail [email protected] I would be very happy to help in anyway. That's how much I stand by my local dealership! Best Regards, PUX memember "Adam"

I cant agree with the previous poster. We have had a hard time getting minor problems repaired on our brand new rig. Robin and Rod are difficult to get in touch with and dont stay on top of your issue. With repeated phone calls you get the same answer "We will have to check into it". Our walkthrough took 5 hours because they didnt have the rig ready when they said they would. Hopefully, I wont have to use them for much in the future.

My wife and I recently purchased a Forest River Rockwood 2701 SS from Brien's. I have never been treated so well by a dealership. All aspects of the purchase went extremely smooth. From the time a down payment was made until the trailer was pulled off the lot. The sales and service staff were extremely helpful and informative. I would strongly recommend Briens to anyone interested in purchasing a trailer or just looking for a great service department.
