I bought my 2nd PU at Starr's. I chose in advance the model I wanted, and then went to two dealers to look at them in person and get pricing. By far, Starr's went above and beyond explaining all the features of my Newport before they knew they were even getting a sale. When I received a lower price at their competitor's I called them and asked if they would match the price, because I liked their customer service far better. After I purchased, they went through the features completely again. In fact, the rep went to the trouble of making me a socket from a spare crank so that I could use my power drill to lift the roof. Great experience all around!
