This is my 2nd purchase with Indian Valley. The transaction went smooth but with a few glitches. One of my requests for an Equalizer Hitch was overlooked and replaced with a Blue Ox Swaypro. The Request was in the sales agreement. I had even stated model # / Bar size and Hitch shank # prior to purchase. When the tech guy installed the Swaypro it was about 4-5 inches further forward than the other side. I complained and was told the electrical box was in the way thatís why itís uneven. A week later I insisted on the Equalizer and would install it myselfÖ I easily moved the electrical box to allow for an even install. Another of my requests was for a Prodigy install, previously purchased, was also overlooked, but I refused to pull away without it. The service guy gave me a hard time on the install and I was also charged for the $15.00 adaptor needed to install the new Prodigy, after spending over $18,000.00 Would I do business with Indian Valley again? Yes. But buyer beware, always educate yourself before a purchase, it really helped me out on my 2nd trailer purchase.

I met with Paul our sales guy at Indian Valley at the Fort Washington show. He was not pushy and very well informed. We had decided to purchase our 2004 Niagara thru Indian Valley. Everything went smoothly. First time out I had Pump problems and asked if they would do the work the following inspection and honor the warranty, they said no problem. I broke a key in the front box, called Paul to let him know; 2 days later I had a replacement in the mail. The only 2 negative issues were: 1 When the service guy showed me how to hitch up the trailer (Remember I have never done this), he hitched up and didnít cross the chain. Before we pulled away I crossed the Chains before pulling away. 2) When they replaced the pump the serviceman told me it was because I didnít winterize properly, I laughed at him because the pump was fried in the summer and I purchased the Niagara in May, THEY DIDNíT winterize properly. I would definitely recommend Indian Valley, especially Paul. But do your HOMEWORK before you go. Bottom line I will continue to do business with Indian Valley! I will be writing another Review when we purchase our TT from Indian Valley

This is a family owned dealership. No pressure, no hype, no hassles. Very easy to deal with. Service is first rate and they will do whatever it takes to make sure you are a happy customer. A rareity in this world of used car salesmen moonlighting as RV salesmen.
